Service Description

Yoga is a brilliant full-body workout, so if you're looking to improve your fitness, increase strength and mobility and tone up, then this is the class for you. This is a Vinyasa (flow) class - a strong dynamic class where we link breath with movement. We build strength and stamina through use of bodyweight, balances and progressive transitions of poses. You'll have the opportunity to challenge yourself, have fun & get messy - we aim for progress over perfection! As always, you're encouraged to listen to your body and find your own pace, taking what you need, and the class will end with a lovely relaxation to fully recharge. Who is this for: This is an intermediate/advanced level class aimed at regular yogis and is generally not suitable for beginners. As always though you are encouraged to listen to your body & modifications will be offered. What you will need: Please bring your own mat if you have one (there will be a handful available to borrow if needed) Please bring an extra layer / blanket for the relaxation at the end of class Good to know: The class takes place upstairs in the Market Hall (next to the Church). There is no car park so I would recommend walking if you are local, alternatively there's a carpark behind the Talbot pub or on street parking (free) right outside the venue. Classes are 55 mins.
