Payment terms and cancellation
To secure your space, you can choose to pay in full or pay £100 deposit plus 3x monthly instalments on 28th Jan, Feb & Mar 2025, via a secure payment link / BACS. (Should you book after 28th Jan, the payment plan will be adjusted accordingly.)
With either option, your £100 deposit is non-refundable.
We understand that sometimes, life happens, so in the unfortunate event you need to cancel your booking, you will receive a refund (less the deposit) as follows:
6+ months' notice = full refund
3-6 months' notice = 75% refund
2-3 months' notice = 50% refund
Within 2 months of the event, the venue will have been paid so unfortunately your booking is non-refundable, however, you may be able to transfer your booking if you find someone to fill your space.
In the unlikely event that Sophie / the venue need to postpone the event, we will endeavour to transfer your booking to the rescheduled date. If you cannot attend, a full refund will be offered.
It is recommended that you ensure you have suitable travel insurance in place in the event of any last minute emergencies / changes of circumstances.
