Hate it or love it (email overwhelm, anyone?!) It's Black Friday szn. I've been thinking how much I dislike how the big businesses dominate and how small businesses can be left at a disadvantage. Not everyone can afford to reduce their prices; or is willing to essentially under-value their unique work! Not to mention the pressure (especially with Christmas gifts in mind) on consumers to spend spend spend this week. It's a lot. BUT, I have decided to offer a few little discounts, aimed at my regular yogis who would be coming to classes anyway..

Please know that my intention isn't to add to this pressure to spend more, but to honour my existing clients and essentially reward you for continuing to prioritise your self-care!

So with that said, I have created two discount codes for you:
